The multichannel GSM gateway system ECOTEL® VTM flex enables companies to realize mobile least cost routing (LCR) into GSM, 3G and VoIP networks. At the same time it provides modular PBX functions which companies can use to upgrade their existing PBXs.
ECOTEL® VTM flex integrates mobiles as virtual extensions into the existing PBX environment. If necessary VTMflex can upgrade the PBX with functions like CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), IVR (Interactive Voice Response), mailboxes, queuing systems, voice logging and conferencing. This functions can be activated via licences. The customers will pay only for the necessary functions.
